Todd
First up, it’s the head driver and main man behind T & K Hotmess Express… Todd!
Todd hails from the Apple Isle and is a die-hard Collingwood Magpies supporter (we won’t hold that against him… maybe).
He’s known for being a bit of a talker and definitely thinks he’s funny (jury’s still out, but he’ll keep trying anyway!).
With over 20 years of experience in the transport industry, Todd has done it all:

Todd genuinely loves meeting new people, having a chat, sharing a laugh, and helping kick-start your holiday the right way.

✔️ Blue Card certified

Kristy
Kristy is the organised one behind the scenes (and sometimes behind the wheel), making sure everything runs smoothly… while also being Todd’s apprentice, though she might argue she’s quickly becoming the boss.
By day, Kristy works as a part-time Kindy teacher, so she’s got patience, organisation, and people skills down to an art. Safe to say, handling travel-day chaos is a breeze!
Kristy loves meeting new people, having a chat, and helping make your journey relaxed, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish.
She also holds:

Our Fleet
T&K Hotmess Express Transfers – Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your transfer.
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested in advance
3. Delays & Wait Times
- We monitor flight arrival times where applicable.
- A reasonable waiting period is included; additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
- Delays caused by passengers (not being ready, incorrect details, etc.) may result in additional fees
4. Passengers Responsibilities
- Passengers must ensure all booking details are correct (pick-up time, address, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in cleaning or repair fees.
- For safety reasons, all passengers must comply with driver instructions at all times.
5. Child Restraints
- Child seats can be provided upon request.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to advise if a child seat is required at the time of booking.
- We comply with all relevant safety laws and regulations.
6. Luggage
- Please ensure accurate luggage details are provided when booking.
- Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse transport if luggage exceeds vehicle capacity.
7. Service Availability
- While we aim to always be on time (because no one likes missing a flight!), unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road conditions may affect timing.
- T&K Hot Mess Express Transfers will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.
8. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Passengers are responsible for checking they have all belongings upon exit.
